Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PureMullein purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Item must be unused.
• Original packaging should be included.
• Return request must be submitted within the eligible timeframe.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including: perishable goods, intimate health products for hygiene reasons, and items marked as final sale.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
