INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PureMullein ships internationally to supported destinations shown during checkout.

For supported destinations, customers do not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. Applicable import duties and taxes are handled as part of our shipping process, so customers should not be required to make an additional customs or import tax payment to receive their order.

International shipments may still be subject to customs inspection or processing by local authorities. Customs processing, carrier delays, local regulations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Available international shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported, received, possessed, and used in their destination country or jurisdiction.

If we are unable to ship an order to a destination because of local restrictions, carrier limitations, or other shipping constraints, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
